Vaïk Müller joins CMS Switzerland legal team as partner

CMS Switzerland welcomed Vaïk Müller (pictured) as a partner of the firm. In his new role, Müller will help develop the firm’s expertise in areas of banking & finance along with FinTech & Blockchain. 

Müller’s main areas of expertise are banking and finance, financial services and products, including funds and derivatives, as well as compliance and regulatory matters.  

Müller joins CMS Switzerland from Business Law Firms, where he practiced law since 2011.  Prior to that he was in-house lawyer – organization and control at Groupe Crédit Agricole. Earlier in his career Müller was a research and teaching assistant at the University of Geneva.
