Manuela Eleonora D’Ippolito joins Damiani Group as a legal specialist

Damiani Group, an Italian luxury jewelry corporate group that designs, manufactures, distributes and sells jewelry and luxury watches, has appointed Manuela Eleonora D’Ippolito (pictured) in the role of legal specialist. She will be reporting to Damiani’s cfo Claudio D’Ambrosio.

In her new role, D’Ippolito will serve as the legal coordinator of Damiani International based in Mendrisio, Switzerland and will deal with all legal issues including intellectual property and privacy contracts. D’Ippolito will also collaborate closely with the Damiani di Valenza legal office.

Over the last few years, D’Ippolito has specialized in labor law focusing mainly on the right to the protection of personal data (GDPR). D’Ippolito joins Damiani Group from the Legal and General Affairs Office of the Agency for the Protection of Health of Varese. Prior to that, she was the legal counsel of Avon Cosmetics for over 4 years. D’Ippolito was also part of the legal team at Sinerga for more than 2 years. Earlier in her career, she served as an expert in criminal procedural law at the Università Carlo Cattaneo.
