Klingel medical metal acquires Swiss based MedTech company Ruetschi

Klingel medical metal group, owned by the IK Partners’ funds, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ruetschi Technology Holding. Ruetschi is a full service provider of sterile packaged single-use medical devices with focus on orthopaedics and spinal surgery.

Founded in 1960, Ruetschi employs more than 200 people at three production sites in Muntelier (CH), Yverdon (CH) and Renquishausen (DE). Through the acquisition, Klingel further strengthens its position in Europe.

Wenger Vieli advised and assisted Klingel medical metal group in this transaction.
