GHR in the acquisition of Systems Assembling by Helvetica Capital 

Markus Niederhauser, the owner of Systems Assembling, a manufacturer in the field of electrical engineering & mechatronics, has completed the sale of the company to Helvetica Capital, an entrepreneurial investor with a focus on Swiss SMEs. 

Markus Niederhauser will remain as a member of the Board of Directors and the previous Production Manager, Thierry Tschudi, will assume the role of Managing Director as of January 1, 2022. With Peter Huber as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Founded in 1997, Systems Assembling is headquartered in Boudry with a subsidiary in Portugal. The company employs about 110 people (100 in Boudry; 10 in Portugal). 

GHR Rechtsanwälte advised the owner, Markus Niederhauser, on the sale of Systems Assembling to Helvetica Capital. The team consisted Bruno Hunziker (partner, lead, pictured), Gerhard Roth (partner, tax) and Jil Suter (associate).
