Borel & Barbey appoint Pierre Turrettini and Alexandre Gallopin as partners 

Borel & Barbey strengthens its corporate, banking and finance as well as its sports departments by promoting Pierre Turrettini and Alexandre Gallopin to partners of the firm as of 1 January 2022.
  

Pierre Turrettini (pictured right) joined Borel & Barbey in 2017. He advises private and institutional clients in business law, particularly in corporate law and contractual law, as well as in mergers & acquisitions and securities law. Pierre Turrettini is also a specialist in sports law (litigation and contracts) and has acted several times as ad hoc clerk at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne and as party counsel in proceedings before national and international sports federations.  

Alexandre Gallopin (pictured left)  joined the firm in 2015. He advises natural and legal persons in business law, in particular in corporate law, commercial law, private equity, mergers & acquisitions law, as well as in banking and financial law. 

Moreover, the Borel & Barbey welcomed Maria Chiriaeva who joins the corporate and the banking and finance departments with her broad practice in these fields, as well as Vincent Berger, certified tax expert and attorney-at-law with a strong practice in corporate taxation, who strengthens the tax department.
