Pestalozzi advised BP on the sale of its retail business in Switzerland

British oil and gas company BP has sold its Swiss retail business to Oel-Pool, suppliers of liquid fuels. The Swiss company together with its subsidiary company Moveri will officially take over BP’s gas station network and supply structure in Switzerland. The business includes more than 300 service stations.  

Moveri operates more than 330 Ruedi-Rüssel and Miniprix service stations, in addition to another 200 service stations as a licensee under the BP and Shell brands. With this acquisition another 200 BP service stations will be added. This milestone is a strategic step for the Swiss company on the way to becoming an attractive partner for liquid energy sources in heating and mobility.
