Kellerhals Carrard: Alt.Inv PCC issuance for structured products

Alt. Inv. PCC Limited has established an issuance program for structured products – in particular, tracker certificates, actively-managed certificates (AMCs) and credit-linked notes (CLN) – pursuant to the Financial Services Act (FinSA). The prospectus was prepared under Swiss law and approved by the prospectus evaluation body SIX SER on 19 Juni 2023.

Kellerhals Carrard has advised Alt. Inv. PCC Limited as Swiss counsel. Partner Luca Bianchi (capital markets, pictured) has led the deal.
