Walder Wyss in the acquisition financing of Schurter Group 

UBS Switzerland and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) have collaborated as Joint Lead Arrangers and Underwriters in providing financing for Capvis’ acquisition of a majority stake in the Lucerne-based company, Schurter Group, a company known for its expertise in developing and manufacturing electronic components, input systems, and integrated electronic solutions. 

The transaction successfully closed on 6 April 2023 and the full guarantor accession process was finalized on July 5, 2023. 
 
Walder Wyss acted as lead counsel to UBS Switzerland, Credit Suisse (Switzerland). and the other syndicate banks.
