Baker McKenzie advises Menétrey on acquisition of Nova Concept Piscines

Baker McKenzie has advised the Bern-based horticultural group B+G Schweiz, which successfully completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Nova Concept Piscines et Jardins, based in Massongex, via Menétrey. The purchase will be retroactive to 1 January 2023 and is part of B+G Schweiz’s national growth strategy, which can thus strengthen its presence in Western Switzerland.
