Bär & Karrer for Equistone on KWC’s sale to Paini

Bär & Karrer advises funds managed by Equistone on the sale of KWC Group’s home division, a designer and manufacturer of kitchen, bathroom and washroom fittings and accessories, to Paini Rubinetterie. Bär & Karrer acts as a legal advisor to Equistone in this transaction, expected to close in the coming weeks.
