Kellerhals Carrard: Kasparund partners with Avaloq
Kellerhals Carrard advised Kasparund, a FinTech company and spin-off of University of St. Gallen and ETH Zurich, on its strategic partnership with Avaloq, a of front-to-back software and services provider.
Concurrently with the strategic partnership, Kasparund obtained minority stake investments from Avaloq, Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank as well as further institutional investors and business angels.

About the integration
The integration of the Kasparund technology with Avaloq’s core banking system will enable financial institutions across Switzerland to rapidly roll out the Kaspar& investment app for their retail and mass-affluent clients.
