Lenz & Staehelin advised dss+, an international provider of specialist operations management consulting services, on its acquisition of Infrata, a global infrastructure advisory firm. With the addition of Infrata, dss+ expands its capabilities in technical, commercial and demand advisory services for lenders, investors and sponsors of infrastructure projects around the world.

About the acquisition

The acquisition of ETSCAF further deepens the expertise of dss+ in operational risk management and safety, and strengthens its capabilities in leadership development, workplace safety and culture change.
