The advisors in Migros’ sale of Gowoonsesang

Walder Wyss advised Migros on its sale of Gowoonsesang Cosmetics, a South Korean subsidiary of the MIbelle group, to L’Oréal. The transaction is expected to be completed after customary regulatory approvals.
