The advisors on Swiss Life’s senior bond placement

Walder Wyss advised Swiss Life on a EUR 500 million senior bond placement. In connection with the operation, Homburger represented BNP Paribas, J.P. Morgan, Natixis and UBS Europe, acting as joint lead managers. Moreover, UBS acted as Principal Paying Agent on the issuance.

Carrying a 3.750% coupon, the bond in question was placed with investors in the European market and will mature in 2035.

All proceeds from the operation will be directed at general corporate purposes, including potential future re-financings of outstanding debt instruments. Swiss Life Holding guarantees the bond.
