A subsidiary of French family holfing Groupe Baelen, Groupe Factoria provides expertise in the digital transformation of companies. Its services spans IT and outsourcing, electronic document management, telecoms, printing, and interactive screens. Alongside its 2 first entities in Switzerland, the company possesses 60 expert subsidiaries across France and French overseas departments.
Founded in 2006 , Winterthur-based Digitalmaterial is an IT service provider, specialising across Managed Services Solutions, Cloud and Modern Workplace.
In connection with the deal The company’s actual leadership team since 2020 will continue to run the company alongside its new partner Groupe Factoria.
