Schellenberg Wittmer with Vigama Capital on FINMA licence

Schellenberg Wittmer advised Geneva-based Vigama Capital on its license as manager of collective assets.

By obtaining the licence in question, Vigama Capital unlocks the start of its own fund under the leadership of CIO Vincent Ijaouane.

The company

Founded in 2025 by professionals from Pictet Asset Management and Capital Fund Management, Vigama Capital is an independent investment management firm.

Schellenberg Wittmer advised on all regulatory and corporate aspects obtaining all FINMA authorizations. 

Banking & finance and investment management partner Caroline Clemetson (pictured) led the firm’s team on the matter, working alongside Joane Etienne, Dany Sousa Ribeiro and Pauline Zoller (all three banking & finance, investment management).
