Kellerhals Carrard with CGC on pre-seed financing round
Kellerhals Carrard advised Basel-based CGC Genomics Consults on all legal aspects of their pre-seed financing round. Pursuant to the transaction, the Swiss startup secured approximately EUR 1.7 million.
The context
Several impact and health-tech investors led the operation, including Heal Capital, Becker Ventures, Springboard Health Angels, Superangels, and better ventures.
After successful closing of its pre-seed round, CGC Genomics Consults aims to finilise its clinical validation, enter the market and eventually introduce its GenAI platform Qnomx to the international public.
