Kellerhals Carrard advised Vaud-based start-up NovaMea and its founder Xile Hu in connection with a 9M USD series A financing round.
The context
Several international VCs led the capital round in question, with all proceeds from the operation directed at scaling up the production of NovaMea’s proprietary membranes, ionomers, and catalyst-coated electrodes, as well as preparing for international market entries, and further developing R&D activities.
