Vischer advised MCH Group and Bits & Pretzels in joining forces under the joint venture health.tech events and creating health.tech global summit, an international conference for digital innovations in healthcare.
The context
Rooted in the city of Basel, the conference platform aims at encompassing the entire value chain of the healthcare sector, thus including start-ups, established companies, as well as research, science, politics and investors.

Vischer advised both partners on the formation of the joint venture company and the contractual framework of the new concept.
