Homburger with banking syndicate on Sequotech’s refinancing
Homburger advised UBS Switzerland, as well as Migros Bank and Zürcher Kantonalbank in connection with their role in the refinancing of the Sequotech Group.
The context
UBS Switzerland worked as mandated lead arranger, coordinator, agent, security agent and original lender on the refinancing of the Sequotech Group, an IT services group owned by multi-family office Verium and Sequotech’s management team.
