Signed, Sealed, Weekend – May 23

Welcome to Signed Sealed Weekend, our inside track into the Swiss legal scene.

This week we reported quite a bit of movement within the Swiss legal markets in terms of appointments, so that is going to be the theme of our recap.

Starting with Homburger’s new managing partner. The firm’s partnership lineup has appointed Dieter Gericke  for the role, succeeding Flavio Romerio, who will continue as co-head of the white collar/investigations practice.

Next-up, we got SIX’s general counsel Fabienne-Anne Rehulka joining the Group’s Executive Board as a full member. The appointment falls within a larger board integration of three members at SIX Group. Besides Rehulka, head of exchanges Tomas Kindler and head of security services Rafael Moral Santiago will join the board as well.

Finally, our third appointment highlight is the one of Bratschi. The firm appointed Philipp Stamm as a partner in Zug, effective 1 May 2025. A corporate and contract law specialist, Stamm’s expertise also spans intellectual property, IT, media and communications law, as well as data protection, competition, and antitrust law.

That’s all for this week, but before wishing you a great weekend, I’ll remind you that the June issue of our MAG is out. You can download it for free by clicking on this link.
