NKF with SIS Group on Swiss School Madrid partnership

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised SIS Group on its strategic partnership with Swiss School Madrid which, pursuant to the deal, will be fully integrated into the group as of September 1st 2026.

Forming part of the Klett Group, SIS Swiss International School is a group of private day schools with presence in Switzerland, Germany, Brazil and Italy, focusing on bilingual education from kindergarten through to college.
