Homburger advised oncology company BeOne Medicines on its redomiciliation from the Cayman Islands to Basel, Switzerland, following shareholder approval.

Previously known as BeiGene, BeOne Medicines BeOne Medicines is a globally active oncology company, now domiciled in Switzerland, focused on developing treatments for cancer patients, with a portfolio spanning hematology and solid tumors.
