Vischer with Swissroc on industrial building acquisition
Vischer advised Swissroc Asset Management in connection with Swissroc Industrial Opportunities’ acquisition of a 4,200 m² light industrial building in the commune of Thônex (Geneva) from a professional investor.
The 1991 building sits within the industrial zone, in close vicinity of the Geneva region’s main communication routes.
