Valfor advised Adrian Meister, fourth-generation owner, through the sale of his company Meister 1881 to the St. Gallen fashion brand Akris.
The parties
Meister 1881 specialises in jewelry and silverware, with stores in downtown Zurich. The buyer, Swiss family-owned luxury fashion house Akris, focuses in haute couture and ready-to-wear for women.
