Bär & Karrer with DPE on CPM’s majority stake acquisition

Bär & Karrer is advising Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) on a purchase agreement with the founders and shareholders of CPM Partners regarding the acquisition of a majority stake in CPM Partners.

CPM Partners is a consulting and technology services company specialised in Corporate Performance Management (CPM), providing a plethora of industries with financial processes’ automation and optimization tools.
