Bär & Karrer with LAS Group on Pontacol sale to Covestro

Bär & Karrer advised LAS Group throughout its sale of Pontacol, a Swiss manufacturer of thermoplastic adhesive films for industrial applications, to Covestro Deutschland, manufacturer of high-quality polymer materials.
