Pestalozzi advised Rothschild & Co Bank AG – Rothschild & Co’s Swiss wealth management business – on its acquisition of Swiss advisory firm Tenalis.
The context
Headquartered in Zurich, Tenalis is an independent Swiss advisory firm specialising in inheritance law and related legal areas. Pursuant to the acquisition, Rothschild & Co widens its portfolio of services for Swiss wealth management clients, now encompassing succession planning, taxation services and real estate consulting.
