Baker McKenzie with LumApps on merger with Beekeeper
Baker McKenzie advised intranet platforms specialist LumApps, on legal due diligence matters in connection with its merger agreement with Beekeeper.
With a combined valuation exceeding USD 1 billion, the operation will result in the creation an AI-powered Employee Hub. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in July 2025. Pursuant to the deal, LumApps remains majority-owned by funds managed by Bridgepoint.

A spin-off from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, Beekeper focuses on mobile solutions for operational employees in varuous industries, including manufacturing, retail and construction.
Headquartered in Lyon, France, LumApps is an intranet platform that aims at enhancing employee experience by focusing on communication, productivity and growth aspects.
