MLL Legal advised Alixio Group on dual acquisition of von Rundstedt & Partner Switzerland and OTP Group.

MLL Legal advised Alixio Group on all legal aspects of both transactions, in particular including the structuring of the transactions, the due diligence and the preparation, negotiation and signing/closing of the agreements.
