Wenger Vieli with Mobile in Time on sale to Aggreko
Wenger Vieli advised the shareholders of Mobile in Time, a specialist in the rental of mobile energy centers and water damage restoration, in connection with the sale to temporary power solutions provider Aggreko.
The parties
Mobile in Time operates across 16 locations, providing customised solutions in the areas of temporary heating, building heating, cooling and water damage restoration.
Aggreko is a global provider of temporary power solutions, employing over 6,800 people in more than 80 countries. It serves a wide clientele – including companies, major events, music festivals, and industrial facilities – with power, heating, and cooling generators.
