NKF with CoinShares on SEI ETP listing on SIX
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised investment company CoinShares, in connection with the listing of its physically-backed SEI exchange-traded product (ETP) on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich.
The company
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Jersey, the biggest island in the English Channel, CoinShares is a digital asset investment firm with approximately USD 9.5 billion in assets under management. The group specialises in digital assets, offering a range of financial services across investment management, trading and securities.
