Kellerhals Carrard with Grensol on seed equity round
Kellerhals Carrard advised Grensol throughout its CHF 1.8 million seed equity round.
The proceeds will support the construction and scale-up the compay’s first operational site in Biberist, in the Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland. Buildify Earth, Kickfund, Venture Kick, W. A. de Vigier Foundation led the round, alongside several committed angel investors.
Headquarterd in Zurich, Grensol specialises in processing and recycling complex end-of-life waste streams.
