NKF with Glencore on Li-Cycle acquisition
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Glencore’s subsidiary Glencore Canada Corporation – alonside certain of its affiliates – on its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Li-Cycle Holdings Corp., Li-Cycle Europe, as well as other subsidiaries.
The transaction encompasses Li-Cycle’s worldwide battery recycling facilities as well as the company’s Rochester Hub project and intellectual property portfolio.
