Walder Wyss with Evulpo on funding round
Walder Wyss advised Evulpo, a Swiss EdTech start-up, throughout completion of a CHF 8.8 million Series A financing round.
The investors
The round saw participation from new and existing investors, including Serpentine Ventures, as well as several Swiss family offices and individuals such as president of the board of HIAG Felix Grisard, SwissLife’s ex-CEO Bruno Pfister, Yann Sommer, and Aribeda – the family office of UBS’ former Ceo, Peter Wuffli.
