MLL Legal with Olympia-Verlag on joint venture with Ringier
MLL Legal advised German publishing house Olympia-Verlag and its affiliate kicker ventures on a strategic joint venture with Ringier Sports Media Group.
The context
The newborn Swiss company, RSMG kicker Schweiz, aims at developing a new digital sports ecosystem for Switzerland. The closing of the transaction is subject to clearance by the competent antitrust authorities.
Markus Krienbühl, former media and communications manager as well as a member of the executive board of FC Luzern, will lead the company’s operational management.
