MLL Legal with Ondo on Ondo Global Markets debut

MLL Legal advised Ondo in connection with the debut and daily operation of the tokenization platform Ondo Global Markets initiative.  

The context

Headquartered in New York City, Ondo specialises in designing institutional grade platforms, assets, and infrastructures. Its newborn platform Ondo Global Markets aims at providing investors outside the U.S. with onchain exposure to U.S. publicly traded securities, including stocks and ETFs.
