Vischer advised Schivo on its acquisition of Mecaplast, a Swiss manufacturer of high-precision injection-moulded plastics, metals and ceramics for the medical device and life sciences sectors.
Schivo – the buyer – is a medtech contract developer and manufacturer, specialised in high precision engineering for the robotic assisted surgery.
