Bär & Karrer with SUSI Partners on sale to Gresham House

Bär & Karrer advised the shareholders of Swiss private market investment manager SUSI Partners on the sale to Gresham House Holdings, a UK-based alternative asset manager.

From its Zurich headquarters, SUSI Partners manages about EUR 2 billion in assets, specialising in energy transition infrastructures.
