NKF with Maguar on Signagelive acquisition
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised German software investor Maguar Capital on its acquisition of Signagelive, a UK-based CMS softwares specialist. Navori Labs – a Maguar portfolio company with headquarters in Lausanne- worked through the acquisition in question.
