MME advised TIC Holding Schweiz – a buy, build, and technology platform financed by Winterberg Investment X and managed by Winterberg Advisory – throughout its acquisition of TransGeo, a specialist in construction materials testing and advisory services, with headquarters in Gümlingen, near Bern.
