The advisors on SpineArt’s CHF 25 m capital increase
Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised SpineArt, as the Swiss medtech specialist raised CHF 25 million in a capital increase backed by investors Gimv and EGS Beteiligungen (EGSB). In connection with the operation, Bär & Karrer represented Gimv.
The company
Headquartered in Geneva, Spineart specialises in spine surgery solutions. The company employs over 360 people worldwide and is forecasted to reach revenues of approximately EUR 140 million in 2025.
