Lenz & Staehelin with Ecofin on sale to Vaudoise Group

Lenz & Staehelin advised Prof. Dr. Martin Janssen in connection with the sale of Ecofin Investment Consulting – a company founded by Janssen himslef –  to the Vaudoise Group.

The company

Headquartered in Zurich, Ecofin Investment Consulting is a provider of investment consulting services for institutional investors, such as pension funds and trusts, as well as large private investors.
