The advisors on Danaher’s bond issuance

Two Swiss firms figures amongst the legal advisory lineup on Danaher’s recent bond issuance, comprising five tranches of CHF bonds in an aggregate principal amount of CHF 1.25 bn.

Homburger represented the issuer throughout the operation, while Shellenberg Wittmer worked with the joint lead managers, namely BNP PARIBAS, Paris, Lancy/Geneva Branch, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, acting through Deutsche Bank AG Zurich Branch.

Moreover, WilmerHale advised Danaher as U.S. counsel, with DLA Piper serving as Luxembourg counsel.
