Coca-Cola HBC acquires CCBA: the advisors
Coca-Cola HBC completed the acquisition of a 75% shareholding in Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) from the Coca-Cola Company and Gutsche Family Investments.
In connection with the operation, Pestalozzi advised the buyer, while Shellenberg Wittmer represented the selling parties.
The deal set a combined purchase price of US$2.6 billion, with an equity value for 100% of CCBA at US$3.4 billion.
