Baker McKenzie with Commerzbank on facility for Calik Enerji Swiss
Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft (Zurich branch) in connection with a PLN 1,166,286,000 guarantee facility agreement for Calik Enerji Swiss.
Swiss Export Risk Insurance provided the main coverage for the facility, which has been guaranteed by Çalık Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş. The agreement in question relates to Calik Enerji Swiss and Çalık Enerji’s EPC contract for the turnkey construction of a 1,336 MW combined-cycle power plant with H2-ready technology in Kozienice, Poland.
