Kellerhals Carrard advised Lakera – a AI Swiss startup founded by entrepreneurs David Haber, Matthias Kraft, and Mateo Rojas-Carulla – as well as early investors in the company Atomico and Redalpine, on the sale to NASDAQ-listed cybersecurity specialist Check Point Software Technologies.
