Baker McKenzie with Carbogen Amcis on credit refinancing
Baker McKenzie Switzerland – with support by lawyers from the Firm’s Amsterdam, Paris and Singapore offices – advised Carbogen Amcis on the refinancing and enhancement of its credit facilities.
A banking syndicate guided by UBS Switzerland led the operation, which also saw several Swiss financial institutions involved.
