· Advestra advised Novartis, as the Basel-based pharma multinational placed notes in the aggregate principal amount of USD 6.0 billion.

· arcoris bio AG completed a CHF 6.3m seed financing round. In connection with the operation, Wenger Vieli advised Arcoris Bio, while MLL Legal represented German biotech investment fund Ventura Ace as the co-lead investor.

· Baker McKenzie Switzerland advised Gétaz-Miauton, a Blackstone Group company, on the sale of the Usiniers Site in Bulle (FR) to Orllati Real Estate SA, via a sale-and-leaseback transaction.
