NKF with Empira Group on residential project in Zug

NKF advised Zug-based Empira Group – an investment platform for institutional investors focused on real estate, debt, and infrastructure in the private sector – on the acquisition and the financing of its first residential development project in Switzerland.

Empira Group plans to build around 230 residential units, supplemented by commercial space and a kindergarten, on the “Crypto Areal” site in Steinhausen, in Canton of Zug, by 2029.
